All orders within the United Kingdom are usually shipped within 24 hours of ordering.  We pride ourselves on offering free delivery by Royal Mail on all orders and plan to continue this for the forseeable future.  (We may use other couriers depending on industrial action and delivery location to ensure the most efficient delivery time possible)

Please allow extra time for orders over the Christmas period as delivery times may be a little longer than usual.e

If you want to return a pack of our beloved whisky stones, then please contact us within seven days of receiving them.

Please note that the stones must be unused and in the original packaging.

The buyer will also be responsible for the return postage cost and risk.

Should a returned item be opened or used we reserve the right to withhold part or all of your refund based on the condition of the returned stones and their packaging.

If the item received was faulty/ damaged. Please contact us within seven days of receiving it. We will endeavour to offer a solution to the problem.
